Mr.Vallabh Bhansali is a leading investment banker, investor, venture capitalist and Capital Markets expert of the country. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Enam Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd. – a reputed financial services group. A person with diversified interests, Mr. Bhansali has a deep interest and understanding in many fields, besides the field of finance, such as, religion, behavioral sciences and economic development. He has received many awards and honours including the citation of Veteran Economist of the Capital Markets from the Indian Council of Business.

› NIRAJ BHUKHANWALA
Niraj P. Bhukhanwala is a Director of Bhukhanwala Holdings, a closely held boutique investment company which manages investments across various asset classes but with a focus on private equity investments. He is actively involved in building out the businesses of the investee companies.

› RONALD D'MELLO
A chartered accountant turned business leader, Ronald is one of the longest serving professionals in media industry since 1991 and has been in the thick of the action in the industry’s growth. He was a founder member of UTV Software Communications Limited (UTV) and held the designations of COO of UTV and CEO of the New Media vertical during his 15 year stint there. He also had a working stint as CFO of one of the businesses of STAR India Limited. An active member of several media related industry forums, Ronald has represented media industry regulatory authorities in various common interest initiatives.

› VIVEK SUCHANTI
A veteran in advertising and public relations, Vivek is the promoter and Managing Director of Concept Advertising. Vivek brings in his expertise of media industry and communications to the Board and management of the Company.

› MUKUL GOYAL
Chartered Accountant and MBA in finance, Mukul is a seasoned investment banker and brings with him vast experience of financial management of businesses. He has been associated with the Company actively in lending strong support to the financial systems and processes.

› VARSHA TAGARE - Director, Intel Capital
Varsha joined Intel Capital in 2000. Prior to Intel Capital, Varsha worked in various operating roles in Engineering and Marketing at Intel. Varsha has multiple patents in chip design processes. She has invested in JAMDAT Mobile(Acquired by Electronic Arts post IPO), Mobile 365 (acquired by Sybase), Research in Motion (IPO), MontaVista, Mauj Telecom( India ), Pollex (Latin America), Hopen ( China ). She is now based in Mumbai focusing on deals in India . Varsha has a M.S.E.E from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BE (EE) from VJTI ( Univ. of Bombay ) .

One of the most acclaimed filmmakers in the country, Ketan Mehta is the recipient of many National and international awards. His well-known works include “The Rising”, “Mirch Masala”, “Sardar”, “Bhavni Bhavai” and “Holi”. Ketan is a graduate in Economics with a diploma in film-making from the prestigious FTII. He has over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry with expertise in diverse media forms from Film to Television to Commercials to Shorts. He has made TV series for all the premier channels in India including Sony, Zee and Doordarshan. He is also a member of FICCI.
