› RONALD D'MELLO - Managing Director & CEO
A chartered accountant turned business leader, Ronald is one of the longest serving professionals in media industry since 1991 and has been in the thick of the action in the industry’s growth. He was a founder member of UTV Software Communications Limited (UTV) and held the designations of COO of UTV and CEO of the New Media vertical during his 15 year stint there. He also had a working stint as CFO of one of the businesses of STAR India Limited. An active member of several media related industry forums, Ronald has represented media industry regulatory authorities in various common interest initiatives.

› CHETAN DESAI – Executive Vice President ( Creative ) - IP & Development
Chetan has a background in post production and has worked as Visual Effects Supervisor on various international and domestic film productions has won or been nominated for several film and television awards including the Seagate Award, Screen Award and Indian International Film Academy Award. As Head of Creative at the animation division of MEL, Chetan supervised a number of international TV projects including “Jack Frost”, “Neopets”, “Golden Eye – Rogue Agent” and “Tommy and Oscar”. Most recently he has taken up the challenge of building MELs own IP and content business.

› JAI NATARAJAN – Executive VP and Business Head, Animation Services
Jai Natarajan has broad experience in art, technology and production. Most recently, he has supervised overseas projects at Maya, including game cinematics for “Neopets”, “PetPets”, “Desperate Housewives”, and “Disney Princesses”. He started his career as an FX Technical Director at ILM in California where he worked on films like "The Phantom Menace", "The Perfect Storm", and "Flubber". He was formerly a founder/CTO of Prana Studios, and has been a strategy consultant for new media ventures. Jai is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani, and holds an MS in Computer Graphics from UCLA. He is a frequent speaker, panelist and columnist and is a committee member of The Animation Society of India. Jai manages the animation services and co-production business of the studio.

› MEGHNA DIXIT- AVP, Human Resources
Meghna Dixit Likhi is a young HR Professional with a background in setting up HR Processes and building teams within broadcast and new media environment. Prior to joining MEL as Associate Vice President-Human Resources, Meghna has worked in Nimbus Communications Limited as Head-HR and has contributed in planning, recruiting and shaping the team for their sports channel Neo Sports and Neo Sports Plus and ‘Show Time', the Home Video venture. She has had a fair stint in overall direction and control of Human Resources functional areas such as Recruitment & Selection, Strategic HR Management, Culture Building and Setting up HR policies and processes for Employee Relations and Performance Management. She was also appointed by Personiva Inc. to work towards setting up the people and people related process for their Indian Operations.
A school/college topper, AIR artiste, winner of various debates, creative writing and public presentation contest, and a self-confessed cinephile, Meghna has done her MBA in Human Resource Management from International School of Business & Media, Pune.

› MUKUND ARGIKAR – Chief Financial Officer
Mukund Argikar is a Chartered Accountant and a law graduate with more than 25 years experience in various industries including entertainment industry. He has worked as head of accounts/finance/legal/taxation departments for more than 20 years. His experience spreads over: raising finance from various financial institutions/commercial banks, handling both direct as well as indirect tax matters, dealing with company law matters, liaising with various Govt. agencies and other corporate legal matters.
